got hold of some old dual pane doors. huge. trying to figure out the best way to hang them on the wall for my cutting/peeling glass. how did you do it?

Mdog has a cool rolling peel board that he's posted, I'd go that route, but if you want to hang it on the wall, just find the studs and drill some holes in the frame if it's still on the glass and screw the frame to the studs.

Someone posted a cool drain made from a tint core split down the middle that was under the peeler that titled down toward a bucket, I thought that was a good idea too.

We take those things and seperate the glass and just attach to the wall w/ mirror clips :rollin

put some hinges on the frame then screw into the studs

all great ideas. not sure I wanna separate the glass. easy way to store a backup glass with the dual pane. I like the mirror clips though. guess I'll go straight to the wall. oh, and I seen that Key West has gutters under the board draining into the bucket. super cool. tried to find the thread as he has pics of it. not too long ago but don't remember the name of the thread. :beach

Sturdy sheet of plywood, separate the glass from the frames, and use mirror clips onto the plywood and that wherever you want it :beach

the shop I started at had the channel draining into the bucket. pretty neat. they also white frosted the back of the glass and had lights behind.

I started out with a large piece of annealed glass, problem is when your blades dull, they will scratch the glass, and if you apply allot of pressure to that scratch, you may break the glass, and that can be dangerous for you or someone near by, after all, scouring glass is how you cut it

I have since, about 10 years ago, aquired a large piece of tempered glass, and it is scratched beyond belief, and has not shattered, I fortunately have a good contact with a local glass shop and can get almost anything I need, they have a temp piece set aside for me now that measures 54" x 70", oh, my dad is the contact :beer

I mounted it onto the wall with mirror clips, and painted the back white
