Heat gun settings

I alway have my wagner heat gun on Hi, even for back glass shrinking. Does anyone use the lower heat setting.

The only setting we know is INFERNO

I think the other button operate the neighbors car alarm or something.... we don't mess with 'em

What brand gun is everyone using....I heard Millwaukee is used by some.

We have a few cheapo milwaukee's, digital wagner, craftsman industrial.... They all work well....

I do like the digital wagner because it has 1 button you can pump when you are done and it will auto cool down... that's nice

Last longer, quieter and gets twice as hot as the Craftsman and Black&Decker heat guns

I use a Makita variable speed and temp. I have it full ball unless I need to go half speed in some tricky top corners.

Two Wagners at full tilt for back glasses and one on high for side glasses. They only see low when "cooling" down.

The Makita by far is the best HG INMO. But whatever one I am useing I set it to the LAVA setting.
