Customers make me so mad sometimes

Got a call the other day from a customer and he said that his back window is messed up and wants me to look at it. Well today I took a look at it and couldn't find anything. As we all seen it before the customer is trying to find the spot he was talking about. After a minute of looking he finds what he was talking about and shows me about a 1/2inch peace of hair on the BOTTOM center of the window. I told him what it was and that its not going to cause him problems later and he still asked me if I would fix it for him. He said his wife didn't like it and told him to get HIS car fixed. I already tinted about three cars for him and his family and had no problems with him before but this will be the last time I do a tint job for him. Well only cuz I have a good reputation I'm going to redo it for him Thursday but I'm not happy about it. I know everybody feels my pain :angel

cut it along the bottom defroster line, and steam off the bottom section, and replace only the bottom section where the hair is :angel:dunno

good idea dude :angel

I hate to be the bearer of bad news fireman, but it wouldnt have left my shop with that hair in it in the first place. You can dig those things out when there still wet. Just chalk it up as a learning experience and keep pluggin

I hear ya brother I'm the same way but I totally missed it when I did my final check. You can barely see it due to the hair being so dang thin and small. O well it should be a quick fix no problems.
