Finally done in PA --((((updated Pics))))

Recommended Posts

I finally finished up that commercial job for my buddies consrtuction company in PA. Took an extra day longer than thought...had to use some scaffolding on part of it. Anyways the other great news is that he took me to his grandfather house which is about 20,000 square feet...a mansion in my opinion to get an estimate on doing some windows for him. Turned out to be a 900 sq ft job, he excepted and while I was there, he said he would like some film on his company's building. Went there tonight and it turned out to be a 1200 sq ft job...he excepted that estimate as well. And now for the kicker, my buddy's dad wo owns the construction company just got his bid to renovate a commercial high rise (13 floors) all glass and wants me to give him an estimate to do around 30,000 sq feet of removal and retint with silver. That was alittle hard to swallow because we are talking a few hundred thousand dollars worth of work on that building alone with a month to do it. Heis wanting to get it done in the spring. He said all I would have to do is write up an estimate and the job is mine if I want it....I will post some pictures of everything when I get back home tomorrow. Its only January and I will be booked for awhile now..... HELP!!!!! LOL

Ok, first things first. It's accepted, not excepted :beer:dunno Just had to get in before the grammar n@zi got here.

All jokes aside, congrats on the other bids. Looks like you'll have to set up residents in PA for a few months. A nice vacation, that's for sure :dunno
