best black vinyl for dot matrix

Have always used glue but am going to start offering black vinyl for the hondas and other problem ones where the glue doesnt help Did a 2 dr altima 08 with vinyl and it looked great .. Have been using a no name intermediate vinyl bt I am sure there is better out there . Any recommendation on what the best vinyl is and the best way to install ( ie soap, water/alchohol )?

When I used vinyl I used ORACAL 851 and I installed it just like window tint with soap and water solution.

MDOG is right on the money with the Oracal 851 vinyl. That stuff is the best!

Any good cast vinyl will work. I like 3M 7125 Matte Black the best.

ORACAL 851 Works great and will most likely out last most films and glues!

we use avery/universal cast vinyls, any intermediate vinyl is gonna shrink to fast.

If you are in the southern part of the country you can get Dotrix vinyl from American Filter films. I've been using it for years and it works all the time. I cut it on my system and it has the clear plastic backing so you can get it wet. That's my vote.
