just a quick reminder that its sloppy outside in the winter so a quick fix is needed not to make the floors filthy in the car your working in....take out the floor mats bang them off quick and put them in upside down with the rubber facing up it will keep them from getting filthy and trashed from the winter debris its quick and easy and it show you care :rollin

floor squeegee that crap away from the car and not worry about getting it into the floorboard......

I flip the mats over to keep from getting any crap on them anyway all the time.....

Yes I used to do this for yrs The only issue I have on the tip and perhaps an alternative (just constructive criticism , not bashing the tip) Is when working on brand new cars, it's marking up the underside of a brand new mat so when you flip it back over it's still got dirt and crud in the car that you've dragged in from your feet , also some mats have little rubber spikes underneath and when you step on them when loading a back glass, they can snap off especially if brittle (sunfire's & cavaliers come to mind from experience) perhaps an alternative is to have a cloth tarp you can drape over the flooring of the back seat leaving the mats in tact without flipping them , once done, remove the tarp/blanket and shake out away from the vehicle (outside preferably ) , then the floor is still spotless and any staining, dirt /debris is on your own tarp meant for that ( just a suggestion as it's worked for me) and is preferable when working on cars that aren't even sold yet for a dealer ..just a tweaking on your totw
