I did two cars that came back with peanuts. both were bimmers. I dry shrink with a regular H anchor with the center line a little lower then the middle so that I can lift and pull on top. The reason why I do this is because on the bottom I cant lift n pull. These two back glass I did had peanuts on the bottom where water pools then when I swipe it, it goes away only to return later. The peanuts were near the bottom crossing a defrost. It pushes out easy when its dry. Do you guys have any suggestions to prevent this. The only thing different about these two cars is the temp when I was installing which was around the 40's. Thanks

I used to have this problem alot when I would tint nissan altimas/maximas back glasses. always steel wool, squegee, scrub pad, squegee, then lay film. when film is in turn on the rear defroster. trust me on this one. then squegee the water out. after your final passes are done, make a few more passes on the few bottom defroster lines to prevent water collectiing on the lines as it may "flow" downward as it cures depending on how hard u squegee.
