new guy can't find film

Hi Everybody,

I am a sign guy wanting to get into this PPF. No one in this area does this and I think it would be a great addition to my business. I can't find film. I called 3M they sent me to a distributer, the distributer doesn't know anything doesn't carry the product. How can this be?

I am looking for a distributer in ontario Canada.

Also does this stuff install like vinyl, is it vinyl? I am not really a tint guy but I think the techniques are similar. I would appreciate any feedback.

When you contact 3M you need to make sure your dealing with the automotive division. That way you can get the correct info. You could also try Interwest or invisiblepatterns.com for more info on the film.
