starting a business

hi I'm new to this forum

I've been doing it about a year and gonna open up a shop

I am still looking for a warehouse/garages in my city

dang.. it's so hard to find one in here

so I ask all of my friends to look for me lol

I have few questions

1. I NEED TO REGISTER A BUSINESS LICENSE, I'm thinkin of putting my dad and mom as owners. so there will be myself,mom,dad.

what should I choose?

corporation or LLC

tell me goods and bads

2. should file a master business application and get a license first and find a shop?

or should I find a shop that has bathroom and 2 or more garages and register master business application.

the application takes up to 4~6 weeks to get my biz license

please help me

Where you from ?

Just put yourself on the business license...

Unless your starting big with big money keep it simple... llc, forget adding anyone but yourself, find a inexpensive spot.. keep overhead LOW.

Get your license and get making the $$.... you can always change address's once you are roll'n....

I would go with a s corp 1 bank for buss and personal bills that way....

Thing with corp is when you are new to business and limited on funds.. you can spend time and money on a corporation and time and money figure'n out the do's and do not's of it all....

OR

Start out with a basic llc (plus there are definate tax advantages when small and llc), spend your time and money making more money. As you get the hang of it all and established then you can incorporate and continue to move foreward.
