ok I got a mh 1101 us cutter refine plotter. got a crack verson of co cut it worked great well it worked most of the time anyway know it just freezes u[p and want send any files to the plotter and I am also useing a lap top with usb to parel cord any kinda help would be nice

well it worked great cut a job in the wrong color vinyl reload new vinyl went to cut agian and blaaaa nothen just cut weed arera around job but not the job makes no since to me

are you new to the plotter stuff? I took me alot of mess ups to get it right.

I tried using the serial to usb adaptor and mine kept freezing, The drivers for the adaptor weren't correct. I downloaded it and reinstalled it 3 times, still did it, so I just connected it to my other computer with serial port and works fine.... Those adaptors aren't very good, especially the software that comes with them...

Buy a new cable. I had trouble with my plotter for no reason one day. Lost an entire day's worth of production because of it. I thought it was the software, then then machine, then it turned out the cable just died on me. Talk about a fluke thing. Replaced the cable (thinking there is no way that would do it) and DING DING !! cuts just like it used to now. Was on the phone with tech support all day, got an RMA# and everything and was just about to send the machine in too.
