Summa D60 question

I am getting an error message on my cutter that says '0 of 16 hours'. Cannot seem to find a solution to fix the problem. Any suggestions? I have a Summa D60 cutter.

We used to have a Summa printer and whenever we needed any help with it we would contact their support dept at www.summausa.com

Thank you. I finally just gave it a long long rest and went out to lunch and by the time I came back, it decided to work again. Go figure.

I had already sent an e-mail to Summa support with no reply from them. Although now I think I have a way to re-boot the system as my dear husband did some research for me.
