Anyone good w/ vinyl master pro 2.50v?

Anyone good w/ vinyl master pro 2.50v? I have an issue that I've tried all day to figure out. It has to do with cutting...

I am using a Roland PC-12 printer/cutter...

The issue I'm having is that it is not allowing me to cut out anything longer than 13"

Say, if I wanted to cut out the word "SUPPORT" in 3" letters...

It would cut out SUPP and half the O then stop and go to the next line (if there was another line)...

I've been able to cut out words with no limit before... I'm just not sure what changed?

sup... usmc.. ive ran into a bit of trouble with this .. I use a 54 in. plotter and every now and the you just to check the devise in put and make sure ur settings are correct.that will enable u to use the full potential of the plotter .just my on the subject....hope it helps

There is usually something in the set up where you can set the cutting limits. Call tech support and check. Mine was set by the plotter though

I dont use vinyl master-but usually you set it in the plot window!
