Guest zx1400 Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 I'm just curious, how long does it take to do a car one man
Guest qatinstaller Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 It depends on experience and the car and the color. A good installer can generally do them in 2 hours or less
Guest Marco Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 A hood, bumper, fenders and mirrors takes about three hours sometimes longer or shorter depending on the car, but thats my average
Guest Revolution Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 a lot can depend upon your mood that day. sometimes im buzzin and fly through them other times the same car can take me 4 hours. depends upon your drying out conditions too, if you get lots of sun or live in a mostly damp climate like I do.
blade Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 hood, bumper, fenders, mirrors average 2.5 hours

Guest haroldshouseoftint Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 I either suck..or I like to take my time..but most cars take me about 3-4 hours. it's all the trips up and down the ladder to reach those tough spots oh, no that's me I don't do much, so it takes me about 6 hours to do a whole front end
Guest qatinstaller Posted December 5, 2007 Report Posted December 5, 2007 thanks for letting me know...he obviously didn't. it would have been another no show for me. that guy was a tweaker.
