:lol2 .tired of customers booking appointments and not showing,or showing up late,leaving you in a tight spot,this is how we deal with that..take the appointment book,like an hour or two before closing THE DAY BEFORE,call all the appointments for the following day,and CONFIRM their spot for that day..there you know who is going to show up or who is not,also it is a reminder for those who say I forgot :ninja works for me. :hmmm

I have learned in this business never to make an app. no further than three days away.

what if you dont get ahold of them?...leave a message?...and how do you know they are going to show up if you dont talk to them?

I have done that before...calling to confirm....sometimes it work ..sometimes its a waste of time..IMO

good tip though.

:spit if you don't get hold of them,then they are one of the ify customers,if they show great,if they dont fine,as long as you are not sitting around waiting for them :hmmm

I take a deposit for every job.
