you know the story.told him extra charge to felt.he said just cut em.he drove home,called me said too much road noise comming up from the cut moulding.he said do it the way you recomended the first time.I call benz ------------$610 for front & back mouldings! dyin to know what he said right? he said get em. whew! I was ready for a BATTLE.

I would have given him the felt for free before even thinking about cutting something off on this car..

im with you......if the customer isnt told before hand...that there will be an additional charge...I will do it free...

the stuff isnt that expensive...and I know its an extra but come on....610 and you still gotta pull the panels now anyway......

You guys are hard!!!! Remember the custy is always right. I have cut the rubber out on thousands of cars……… ……. Of course that was before scratch resistanant film. Who would take a door panel off just to tint the window anyway?

This car doesn't need felt, unless he had a car that had scratches in the glass to start with I'm with TintmanPa if I forget to tell someone it's extra for felt, it's free and if he didn't want to pay for it you could of just tinted the windows without cutting the rubber and sent him on his way but hey if he's willing to pay for new mouldings get a deposit first
