Hi, im a new born here ive only been tinting for 6 months at weekends, been reading alot of your posts and learned some good tips like using a bead of craft glue around the dot matrix, looks great when just installed but weeks later looks a mess around the matrix.

I've added 2 pics before and after job, I still have a lot to learn and never happy unless perfect, any tips would be gratful.

Hi, that was quick, yes sides and back glass are glued, I used a syringe for less mess, what bugs me is it looks great when it's done but never know how it really looks when it's dry unless the customer rings back 2weeks later, cheers.

I dont glue the sides, only the top of the back glass, and not on every car. you will learn which ones needs glue. I also use the elmers blue gel. Been doing this for about a year now, and I haven't seen any come backs, and the cars I run into on the street, look fine weeks and months later

maybe you used too much glue, and a diffrent kind then us

Since doing this, my concern has been how long will this glue last before it turns loose

Wally world, its clear and a little thicker. I dont have to use nearly as much and as Old as I am I can see it a little better as I spread it.
