Depending on how much sun exposure the glass gets, it could take a good bit to dry. We did 8 mil (wet-glaze) on an Armed Forces Recruiting Center inside a shopping mall, and 5 months later there were still some small bubbles in the windows. :lol2 It will dry! (Eventually!! :lol2 )

There is NO SET formula to calculate how long it will take to dry. 30 to 90 days is a "NORM", and by no means is it right on the money. Just 'cuz ya still have a bubble or 2 120 days later doesn't mean it wont dry. The custy should have noticed them getting smaller, meaning they are drying. Sometimes it takes longer than usual, for no apparent reason. I had water in my front windows at my house for 4 months after I tinted them (Large porch overhang, and I did it in November.) They'll be gone when they be gone, but rest assured, they WILL be gone eventually. No need to redo it.

:rollin It has been overcast and hasn't made it out of the 20's for weeks if we finish a job in Dec we tell the customer that it will be dry in May... Maybe. :thumb:thumb

Cheers for the replys, I sorted it out for the guy, replaced the film, my fault, I used a sylicon around the edges of a couple of doors and the edges lifted where the mastic was, much like when you cut to tight to the edge, he was fine with the problem, and was satisfied that I was quick to make good.
