What do you thing ?
Guest vclimber Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 If your water bottles are not frozen, then go for it. Just make sure you squeegee extra good.
Guest rcjello Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 I would think the warmth in the house would keep your liquid liquid. Use a bunch of paper towels and hard cards.
Slick Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 long as ya get as much water out as possible, shouldnt be a problem...I've done windows at -30 C. Just dont limp wrist it.
blazux Posted November 26, 2007 Author Report Posted November 26, 2007 That is good to know I have been afraid for nothing regards, Reason for edit: Irrelevant link that has already been posted, please don't spam the forum, thanks.
Tinitman Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 Do NOT use hot or warm water unless you want to watch the glass crack. As long as the water does not freeze on the glass, install away
suntint Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 Gotta empty those tanks and not leave water in them while they are in your truck overnight. Otherwise will take a while to thaw after a cold Canadian night.
Guest darkdan Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 Single pane, around freezing maybe a bit below. Dual pane, just about any temp.
blade Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 I've had moisture on single panes freeze after install. told 'em to leave 'em alone and let the film cure. film cured just fine.
TintWizard Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 long as ya get as much water out as possible, shouldnt be a problem...I've done windows at -30 C. Just dont limp wrist it. ..and as mentioned above..single pane will give you grief..not that there's many single pane to do in Canada
