This is a classic,I still dont believe it.. I moved from ny to take the job(tinting) at a company in fl.went in did a few cars,spoke to the owner(cool dude) and got the job,all good,now I had to find a place(was staying at a friend) got a house for rent 5mins from the shop and the main strip malls,so I moved in.so I worked kindda late at a house 2 days after,got home,took a shower,dressed and decided to walk to one of the fast food places around(did not have a car)so I,m walking up the street,a lady comes out of her house with two pit bulls,one on a leash and one not,before I can blink,the dog attacked me. I tried grabbing it with one arm but it kept jumping at my neck. I pushed it away it jumped and bit my arm, trying to run from it, jumped on a car that stopped in the middle of the street the car drives off, and I'm rolling of the car fall on my foot and fracture my ankle . by then the lady gets o hold of the dog and walks both of them back to the house, the neighbors come out,calls the cops and ambulance,cop comes to see me in the hospital,takes my statement,and says to me that the lady said I aggravated the dog, believe that bitch ,so any way this happen all in 2 weeks of me being in fl,now I;m healed back to work, my lawyer says to me that her insurance company says that their client is not responsible that they cover her home and not the dogs,cause she is not the dog owner ,any way I,m suing her,the insurance company,the dog owner,the dog and any one I can think off..I am so pissed there my experience. the one good thing is that I work for a great company and great people .

Don't think you will collect much from the dog, but should come out with $$ from the others.

There was a case simliar to this on one of the court tv shows (judge Alex, maybe) whee the homeowner was found liable even though the dogs belonged to a friend who was staying there.

If there is a leash law, that would be a no-brainer, that she was in violation of it.

Its just a matter of time before that breed of dog is banned across America.

There are waaay too many irresponsible owners that have those dogs and cant control them.

Its already happened "banned" in Denver and In Florida somewhere.
