been going over cars while the customer is present,point out dings,scratches ect,before I even start the car,so far have no one pointing fingers and saying you know what...used to do this up north,and now I thinking of making it a daily routine.... so I can tell them I did not do it!!!........ of course you guys know this already but just a friendly reminder

I point out everything. check if all electrical work and if any lights are on in the dash. last thing you want to hear from a custy is my check engine light is on because of you.

Best one ever, I had a customer ask me why his valve stem cap was missing.I look at and stated are you kidding, at that point his girl says he tinted your windows why would he remove your stem.I just walked away after all that.
