I just got out the shower today I was getting dressed when I heard someone doing a hole shot in front of my house then I heard a big crash and my alarm going off so I look out the window and two kids in a white monte ss where pulling out my driveway they smashed into the back of my brand new scion xb 2008

I ran out the house half dressed hop in my other car and took of in hot pursuit after them I caught them a mile a way trying to hide behind a super market I blocked them in and jumped out on them they where almost crying I was flipping out on them and draged them back to the scene and waited for po po to come a hour and a half later and 2 teenagers almost in tears....

go figure the ballz and these mutha f#ckas there lucky I did not press charges for leaving the scene of a m v accident

Something similar happened to me back in 1997 when I first moved to Ohio. I was staying with my dad at the time. I just got home around 1am. It was January and cold as hell outside. I was watching tv and all of a sudden I hear a loud screech a few bangs and crash! I looked outside the apartment window and a smashed up car was driving away dragging something underneath it (sparks everywhere). I run outside barefoot looked at my car smashed against my dads car and water shooting out of the fire hydrant nearby. I start running barefoot in the ice covered apartment complex parkinglot trying to catch up to the car driving away dragging a fire hydrant underneath it. The car finally gives out about a block away and 4 guys climb out of the car obviously intoxicated. The driver walks over to me and starts begging me not to call the cops, telling me he will pay for everything. I was like, no deal bro, you could of killed someone. The cops showed up shortly after and arrested the guy for DUI. Dealing with his insurance company for the following 30 days was 100 times worse than the actual incident. I thing I had my new mustang painted like 3 times before their "preferred shop" got it right. Just a warning to you class--You have the right to take it to any body shop you choose by law. If they refuse to make things right, just turn it into your insurance and they will fight with his insurance company to get their money back and your rates wont go up either.....Good Luck Bro! Oh and dont forget to make them pay for lost wages that you lost due to your company vehicle being out of commission...lol
