I have chased him every day for almost 3 months and now he turns around and does this. I guess that's the last time I give a builder 7 days credit. From now on it will have to be $$$ up front even if it means losing the job. I knew he would be slow to pay but bankrupt come on man, swallow some cement and harden the fark up!
