any tips to get commersial job

I have been tryin too get a good commersial job. I have a job I am to bid on I dont have much exp. I have done sum smaller jobs this one is 3700 sq ft any advise on gettin them hooked there is one other bidder with more refferences than I but I do take pride in my work and do a good job and would never leave the customer with nuthin but happiness

-Take some nice pictures of the jobs you have done to show off your installation and quality work. (Now take a before & after shot of your next job).

-Have a factory warranty to back up your film

-Offer information on how to solve the customers' problems (listen to his needs). Such as: Reduces solar heat gain, stops x% of TSER energy from entering, reduces glare, reduces hot spots, blocks 99% of UV thus reducing fading.

-Leave a professional quote

-Be nice, respectful, polite and knowledgeable on window film

-Leave only 2 or (max 3) film options; don't want too many options or they will never decide.

-Call back to make sure he got the bid. Then ask for the job!
