Guest FilmBlazer
Definite negative. Llumar F2G does not recommend any film on glass greater than 1/2" thick. Blackout is 15 out of 18 on F2G for Llumar and I believe you add 1 point for 3/8" and 2 points (I think) for glass thickness of 1/2". I wouldn't do it, but whiteout/frost/asia from Llumar would be possibilities.
Guest vclimber
Don't do it Tint. Anything over 1/2" is a bad idea because of uneven heating.
