stain in boat

Depending on the material, sometimes things that don't just wipe off, will if you let it soak for a minute first with something like 409. Just try a small area that's not visible first, before trying anything you're unsure of.

Any of the boats I've cleaned had pretty durable material on the seats that you could scrub pretty hard without hurting anything.

If by new interior, you mean that you just had someone redo it, you might want to ask them before doing anything. I've seen some that were redone with what seemed like cheap vinyl from a craft store, but if you replaced everything with marine replacements, it should be pretty tough.

Not sure of the material , thinks its vinyl, as far as flippin over the cushion, its about 36x60 and covers the motor and buts up to the step down of the swim platform, only one sided, I have tried 409, bleach. clorhine, etc. with hard brush and still its there

If none of that stuff worked, then it ain't comin' out.

The next possibility would be to dye the panel and hope it doesn't bleed through..

Good luck.

I can make you a new one, if your willing to travel or ship the piece... :lol

Well, it doesn't sound like the problem is too little effort on the cleaning part. I've had some luck with Softscrub w/Bleach before (the thick kind in the squeeze bottle), on some old nasty seats... took a lot of scrubbing.

I'd be pretty upset if someone sold me a boat interior that couldn't hold up to wet shorts. If you just had this done, I'd probably still run it by him and see what he has to say.

It would be a shame if he doesn't have a fix for it and you end up replacing your new interior one piece at a time as it comes into contact with clothing.

If none of that stuff worked, then it ain't comin' out.

He still hasn't tried 40 grit sand paper, a wire brush, or sand blasting. :lol2
