Color stable frustration

Ok so I survived the whole panther fiasco. (still doing panther warranties by the way)

But just this summer alone I have had three Color stable warranty claims come in. Every single on has had bubbled up back glasses. Not only were they bubbled up but the film is also fading. I did a warranty for CS 20 and the film had started to fade to a brownish color I know this because the film was still its original color where the defroster lines were. I called 3m to see if they had any similiar situations and of course they claimed that they had never heard of the CS series bubbling up.

Heres some proof this honda was done in november of '04

they pay for labor and material on their warranties, but I do about 1500 vehicles a year so this could really reflect badly on my business

Where you at bigboy :spit

Dude I beleive you 100% and I have given totally up on MMM here in Texas. I too suffered through panther and tried to give them another chance. Im done.

I have CS -20 coming off and bubbling just like the panther did from the summer of

2004 also.

I dont want to bash them as I was an avid fan of theres until this one became strike 2. Dont let them tell you that you are the only one. Have them call me. Get out now before it gets worse :spit

Good luck
