I have got to say thanks again to Steve for the help yesterday.

I called him up Tuesday and asked the most crazy thing you could probably ask of your rep., and that was if he could give me a hand at finishing a job I had, which required a person allot smaller than I, and about 16 feet in the air. He quickly said yes. So, He drove up yesterday, Thursday evening, and we went out and finished this job. :poke This of course was after he finished helping another customer in his area lay some film.

How many of us actually even know a film rep, or lucky enough to get a call, much less a visit from one. :lol2

So this statement is for all of the wannabe reps out there. Its not that you have to go out of your way on your own time to help install your own product to get us to buy from you. Its the actual representation of yourself to your customer that you care enough about their business to make yourself known, and available to us small tint shops, to me that's what matters. So its my opinion, even before his help on this job, that reps have some big shoes to fill, because not only is he there for all of my film needs, he's also a nice guy doing things above and beyond his job to help. And oh, by the way, their products are pretty good as well!!!! :thumb

Steve covers NC, SC, and GA, so guys and gals, give him a call, ask for a swatch book and a sample because a great product and excellent customer service goes along way in my book. Now if I an get him to throw me some "free" tool aprons my way, next time he comes up he wont have to wear my old solar gard aprons :thumb:lol2:lol2:lol2

cool! that's awesome. my rep is quite a ways away, so I dont think id ask him to drive out here. :lol2. but! he does kick some people in the arse out there at hanita for me! it took me over a month to get the warranty taken care of on a customers window. finally when I got pissed and wrote an email to the warranty woman, she copied to to John and he called me that day, and 3 days later I have a check to fix the window :lol2 so, here's to the rep's that make $hit happen for everyone, inclding the 'lil guys!

:poke:thumb :thumb :lol2

Tim, please tell us what your picture is. It looks like Wesley Snipes's cameo senior picture.

I think it's a picture of Tim's twin brother...... :lol2:dunno
