Tinter recommendations in PA? (need less than 70% - but legally! c

First, I want to say I'm not asking for any favors which PA's rather silly tint laws would frown on. It's for a family member. Her tags are registered here in Florida - which is 28/15/unlimited.

Anyway, I've been telling her to get tint for some while now, and I just came back from a PA trip. Tint shops that don't look "shady" seem rather hard to find, understandably.

Are there are any quality shops which will do maybe say, 35%? I think that should be light enough to repel unwanted attention.

Or maybe... could do 35% with maybe 20% on the rear? Personally I run 28% all around, although I'd prefer a 20 or 15 rear hatch glass... but I drive a coupe with a huge rear hatch glass piece and not a sedan like I'm asking about ('04 Altima, four door).

Anyway, what I meant to say is: tinters near Villanova preferred... but SE PA I think would be ok. I'm sorry, I'm not 100% familiar with all the township names.

Stay away from Ed he is the biggest scumbag this business has ever seen! Not only is he a huge scumbag, but you will get cheap dyed film, and no chance of actualy getting warranty work out of him!!!!!!!!!!!
