Bmw E36 Coupe Rear Deck

Hi just wondering for advice on back glass on a E36 Bmw 320 Coupe really close Back glass to the rear deck.

Any easy way of removing the rear deck to get down to the metal tray. want as cleaner install as possible.

Also the rear headrests are part of the rear deck & dont seem easy to remove the columns are fixed just the padding moves.

Was thinking of reverse rolling 2 ways from the centre out, But still Very Very tight.

I leave them in now but have removed them, pull the headrests hard and they do come out or knock the posts up from inside the boot(trunk). Remove the side panels and there are some plastic rivets, they seem to drop into a void when you push them through, pull the deck out and remove the plastic trim close to the screen.

If you are new to the game then I think this is the only way you will get it clean.
