best way to tell how dark you can go??

I am having customers want to go dark. I told them 35 percent is the lowest on dual pane. I am in utah. I think I would be safe with 20 on a lot of these those as they are smaller residential windows.

get an F2G chart from your dist.

yes check manufacture, but Silver or Bronze 15 to 20 range is dual pane safe too.....

supposedly optitune 5 can be safe for dual pane too, as long as the window meets some conditions. .

we've put up 700 Sq Ft of Opti Tune 5% with no issues to date.

Depending on the brand you're using, you'll want to check the film 2 glass chart or ask someone in tech services....

I've gone as dark as R20 on dual pane, watch for shadowing and other variables when choosing film....
