so the tint has been on there for 5 years already and its just doing this now?

:thumb It does look as though the glass dropped from where im sitting. Seems to be a wrinkle at the bottom where it caught, but this screen is so freakin small.... :thumb

Yeah, I think they have left it for god knows how long and then decided to ask me back, I have never seen this effect before :dunno

I see it quite a bit in cars. Looks to me like the film was "stressed" in some way, and now has adhesive failure giving in the "stressed" area. Alot of older Hondas, and other cars with real tight windows have the same effect.! Never seen it in flat tho...... :dunno

Hanita Coldsteel, I agree with you tint, I think dampness has played a part, and maybe the glass has dropped a little, its happened to 3 out of the four large windows, non of the top panesl are like it, and all are fine at the top of the pane. Just wondering about the film warranty? :thumb
