Look what I found in a customer's car:

This is what I've been doing at the day job recently:

First we built that huge scaffold. Now we have one that is 4 sections high and two sections wide. The problem is the stairways are in the way so we have to keep taking it down and rebuilding it. With 3 of us it takes 90 minutes. Today we had 5 people and it took 45 minutes. OMG I'm sore.

Not to mention to get make things easier (if that's possible) instead of building and tearing down a scaffold going the other direction (like I suggested) they walk between two scaffolds on a plank!!!

Of course, my plan required more levelers and might not have been feasible to have the scaffold being built down the bleachers instead of sideways, but it would be easier.

Yeah, so far only one injury. One of the guys pinched his thumb really bad trying to do something with the leveler. Basically the whole scaffold's weight was on top of his thumb.

Needless to say it was gushing blood. Pretty deep cut.

But no one has fallen! Should be done tomorrow and all torn down and taken back to the rental place.

Luckily, my day job boss knows that my time at that company is getting short.

So when I said, "I ain't going up there." That's all I had to say.

Because now that people have told him I plan on quitting he's handling me with mittens. One wrong move and all he'll see is my tail lights. =)
