We design our own. But we don't use door hangers. Just limited print ads and direct mail post cards that I also use as take ones and custom brochures. I don't want to look like my competitors who happen to have access to the same film I do. Plus I"m way too opinated and picky to let someone else design my stuff.

But if I was starting out, I might use the stuff my distributor offers. Just make sure you put a sticker on EVERYTHING you hand out. And make sure that sticker is on STRAIGHT. nothing worse than crocked or smeared stickers -- can't even put a sticker on straight, what will my windows look like?

I'd also suggest you make sure your business card looks good. Not too cluttered and printed on good quality paper. If you don't have a sense of design, find someone who does. It really helps. People see my card and remember my company from 10 years ago. Don't remember me, but they remember my card. Don't know whether to be flattered or insulted... Like to think I"m memorable.
