tinted a kia sorento other day then a laguna estate the day after, both back windows have the boot shocks attached to the window, so I removed them, tinted the window then put them back in however this twisted the film! anyway of getting round this?

cut film slightly bigger than the hole. Someone posted to put it on then cut around the post....leave the tint on under. I have always cut the film larger so that it will not pucker even if the post slides around a bit....

If you don't like the small light gap then you can use some black silicone to seal it up....

I used to have problems with the "twisting" thing but what I did was to get me mate with a plotter to cut out some circles (in matt black) just a bit bigger than the studd and put them on the outside of the glass before you put the strut on allowing you to cut the film smaller and thus eliminating any "gaps" of light..
