:? This last few months or so, I have started using a lot more Suntek film than Solargard. I like the finished look of most the Solargard lines, although, It seems I'm possibly having adhesive failure issues with Solargard.?..... :dunno Probably something I'm doing incorrect, I guess....?.... :hmmm I religously use the correct slip ratio reccomended for the Tint On solution from 44Tools. I throughly clean, sqeegee, use non-outdated film and heat correctly. I live in a mild climate and use a very clean / heated shop. I just wondered if anyone has ever notice any delamination of Solargard film too? The customers' vehicle looks perfect leaving the shop. Then, anywhere from 1 week to 3 months/6months later, I sometimes get a call from that customer with this delam. problem. :dunno I'm not trying to slam Solargard at all, it could very well most likely be me somehow. :lol I just wondered if it's common or what I'm doing wrong. I have tintied for almost 3 years (not full time) but, I haven't heard back from any of my customers that were tinted with Sungard, Llumar, and now Suntek ............................ :hmmm

If your not having any trouble with those other films, or customers calling back then it might be a brand issue :dunno

I used Solar Gard for YEARS!! HP series was my favorite film. Then Bekaert took over. First, they changed the polyester, it would'nt shrink. They fixed that. Then I noticed a distinct "orange peel" look after only about 6 months. I quit using them. :beer:lol2

I haven't noticed any problems with HP, I've only used use J&J baby soap, never used tint on. Which line are you having problems with? I have been using more Supreme lately, so far so good.
