KDS snap blades

I recently tried the KDS blades and really liked them. I emailed the guy from KDS who sent them to me in the first place but I havn't gotten a response as of yet. Do any of you know where I get order them online?

no idea here, although I did a search an found the company. They're in Japan, which olfa and NT are too, but unlike those companies, they don't seem to be well known here.

What did you like about the blades?

You can get them from Gila Inc. They distribute them.

They are good - take a little more effort than Olfa to snap them.

check out the thread entitled "OLFA BLADES" I talk all about them in there...I dig them they are great but after dealing with first a distributor and then the company head himself I have still yet to see a catalog or any pricing if you give them feedback on the blades they will send you more free samples..they sent me a 50 pack once I run out of the freebies I think I'll just use olfas because I know where to get them and how much they are a little more customer service and I would use them for life.

stronger blade, seems to stay sharper longer (.38mm ones)

I like them because they do seem to stay sharper longer and they dont seem to cut the glass. They are a little harder to snap off than olfa but you dont have to snap them as often. Ironically the rep from Llumar in my region called today and they are one of the distributers for them in my region. He said they had two versions, one for flat glass and one for automotive and they run $12.00 for 50 pack. I am definatly going to get some. The original guy I talked to also returned my e-mail today as well. I do think they are probably new here to the states or maybe new to the tint industry and just trying to get everything off the ground. Anyway I will deal with the Llumar rep and maybe all the major tint and tool distributers will pick them up to address the customer service problem.

I was talking to the guy that somebody had put up on here as a contact and he said he would send me some to try.....that was a little over a month ago...still no sign of them.

I used them for a while, theyre okay. I think that all the blades I have ever used suck. I got 3 boxes of olfas in the last year that were just horrible. They wouldn't cut chit
