Had this one man in yesterday booked for an interior shampoo. So I do it and the thing was stained to hell with rust and coffe even had some tar I had to take out. Anyways comes in and feels the floor and says it's wet I told you I didn't want it wet Im leaving for Montreal for the weekend (12 hr Drive ) and everythings going to get wet. in reality it was damp but anyways screaming at me because it was "too" wet . So I explained to him that it took like three days at least to all dry up. So he paid and left. Came back this morning at 9:00 am and we open at 10:oo on Saturdays starts screaming at my neighbours saying that we're thieves and that they're going to sue us. So he comes back at 10:30 blaring freakin french western songs and almost hits two guys walkin. Storms in the office saying that he put a dehumidifier in the van this morning and took out half a bucket of water.

The stealing part was that the van was full of shiot and we took everything out and my helper took out a five gallon of floor sealer from the back and forgot to put it back in. I found it late last night when it was too late to call them back and I put it in the office intending to call this morning. So after 15 minutes of accusing me I VERY calmly asked him" Buddy do you really think if I wanted to steal your goddarn sealer I would have left it in the office where you and every body else can see it... Anywas STUPID STUPID. aaargh........

thats just one reason why everyone should insist that the customer remove everything from the vehicle before anyone works on it, ugggh, I hate dealing with the public

Its best if a customer insist on the interior not being wet is to fog with a d-lim pre spray then use foam cleaners ,then go back and rub areas with a micro towel and guarantee will be dry in couple hours no matter how dirty.Use coffee and tea enzyme spray on these stains before you start 15 minutes prior and it will eat up these stains and come up very easy!

that works too..or the best alyternative is to tell me when you're leaving on a day trip and I'll book you in accordingly....
