what do you guys believe is the right thing to do in the states where the legal limit is 70%..do you truly believe by applyibg 50% or 35% that the installer is doing something wrong? I know it is actually doing an illegal installation ,,but we all know that these light films do not impare seeing in or out,,,as a matter of fact there was a study by the iwfa that found that these lighter films actually help the visibility looking out,,because of the glare reduction and so forth..whats your take on this?

:thumb You might want to look up the law for your state and see if it is illegal to apply the film or just to have it. Right now in our it is not illegal to apply it only to have it. So if we apply it. (Which we really hate to do, but not my decision, I'm not the boss). We have to through explain the tint law in our state and offer the disclaimer that we can not be held liable if they get fined. But I think that eventually they will pass a law that we get fined for installing a legal limit. But I know that in Kanas the shop can now be fined. I don't know if that's any help.
