Hey, this is my solution to a colder shop this time of year. It is also a great way to heat up for bagging a window in less than ideal weather.

This is 6 - 250W Infra-red heat lamp bulbs. The board is in two pieces so it collapses down by half and I fit it in my trunk. I have a power strip that they are plugged in to and use it for a power switch.

Actually I like the 'Big Picture' you are trying to paint.. I just would feel WAY more comfortable with a set-up a tad more ... ummmm.... stable.... But great concept!

I think they may those at Dodger Stadium. But seriously if it works for you, cool. They also have those halogen lights that can get annoyingly hot. And they're cheap to.
