Im new here and recent to tinting. (9 months) I just bought a 97 mazda 626 and I want to put tint on the windows but I noticed that the windows are really dirty and seem to be contaminated. Ive tried many different techniques like clay bar, steel wool, razor blade, but nothing takes off the water stains. The windows all have stains on the windows like water sat there for a long time. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can clean these windows??

ya like TZ said don't do it w/o a pro, I have alot of buddies who detail, and it is water etched into the glass, its on the outside no need to worry about it, it will show up worse with dark tint on it, but its a used car, just roll with it :thumb

Its actually, well water stains they are really hard to remove, take a buffer atleast 1,000 rpm plus and use a stripper wax like compound that will do the truck,
