job referral cash

Recommended Posts

hey I do tint jobs for a few performance shops around my area, I do most of them for dirt cheap. what is a good number that I should be paying them for job referals. they do give me a fair amount of work. does $20.00 sound decent for every job referral, or should I be giving more..?

my first question for you would be WHY are you doing the dirt cheap? Never do any work for less than it is worth.

as for giving something for the referral I would say work out a small percentage like 5% or maybe 10% but the key question is how much are you making on the jobs?

also, on Willie's question.....are they getting jobs because of you? are you getting something for those referrals?
