National tint advertising

I have had 2 calls this week from tint reps ,to bad when business is slow instead of trying to get us to puschase more film they don't have a national advertiseing campaine to help us sell more film so we can buy more film. :rollin

yes, mr p thats all it wuld take, instead of having a race boat and car put it into commercials and edgucate every potential person that watch the boob tube! if every tint company would do that we would'nt have slow times and they would sell lots of film to us!

You can't convince the film companies of that, though. They all say it won't work. Gee, I guess that's why Coke doesn't sell window film... :rollin

if 1 did it it would boost sales for ALL tinters with all brands, they wouldn't take the chanceon giving another film company more business.

Not so sure...I imagine a commercial like insist on brand X would go a long way toward promoting that brand... :rollin

maybe the IWFA should take some of that "hard earned" money they have and spend a little on advertising. that what the "got milk" commercials are paid for with. the dairy association pays for it with money from the dairymen that pay to be a part of it.

you would think thats were the iwfa would come in ,advertising like that would help the whole industry and even though most people know about window tinting they have to be remineded ,everybody knows about companys like mc donalds but they still advertise.
