unfortunately thats the type thing that happens when some dealerships change owners. there is no loyalty amoung thieves and by theives I mean dealerships.

they will kick you to the curb and shiot on you at the drop of a hat. because of that fact we make them schedule jobs just like everybody else, no more favors.

Imho your screwed on that account. Its called ride the wave while you can, and be prepared for it to die at some point. Enjoy it while you can.

Dealerships only know $$$'s..not Loyalty or craftmanship..that's why they alwats take a back seat to my regular customers...been stabbed in the back too many times in the past :lol6

Dealership accounts are very unreliable. Usually you deal with one or two people there and once they leave, there goes your account. I have several accounts that have been very loyal to me without giving up free tint jobs to them. By that I mean, don't get suckered into giving a free or deep discounted tint job in order to get their account. Nobody can guarantee any long term business with them unless it is in writing.

Instead of dealerships, I would recommend you to look elsewhere for business. I actually contact detail shops, stereo/alarm shops, auto and home glass shops, etc to offer my services. This way you can have somebody else sell for you and get paid on commissions or percentage of the job. I give them a wholesale price list and give them suggested retail prices to use. If they sell it for more than sugg. retail, the more power to them and the more money they will make. This will hopefully keep you busy when it is your slow season. Just make sure you don't run around like a headless chicken and just tell each shop that you can only service them on certain days. What I do is go to San Francisco on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Dublin and Concord on Wednesdays and around locally within 5 miles any day. Hope this info helps.

I'm set up the same way as you Litespeeds.

Although it seems during the summer I run around like a headless chicken.
