My apologies

I would like to openly apologize to imitane, tintpro, Qveon, and any other newbie/DIY/???? who came here for help or just to share. Sometimes it's easy to hide behind the keyboard, but in person I'm more than willing to go out of my way to help in any way I can, not limited to tinting. So, I'm out of the "Flaming Forum Fools" (no finger pointing), and again, I'm sorry if I've caused any animosity among members, or kept anyone from discovering a wealth of info here.

The way I've been acting lately, I don't expect respect from anyone. I've noticed some regulars not posting, and I hope they'll come back.

I fully agree with TD on the subject of flaming, and the negative effects on the site. I also think that the request to stop the negativity should not be taken personally by anyone here. Granted, the first time I happened upon TD's site was only about 10 months ago, I feel that I have spent enough time here to get a feel for all the regular users styles and opinions. IMO, most of us users have played around with flaming a little, with no users standing out as 'meanies'.

I also think that there are some users that have come here to intentially start arguments, but I see that from new users that haven't established an electronic friendship with the other users yet. I feel that I have established those friendships, and want to let every regular user here that I have total respect for you. And, even after all the years of experience that I had before finding TD's excellent site, I have increased the quality of my work and simplified my job quite a bit due to your input. Let's keep those goals in mind for our threads and replies. I feel that there is more opportunities for all of us to increase quality and make our jobs even easier, but only if we all work together.

Is that too sappy? I know it is, but it represents my true feelings. What else would you expect from a chick disclosing her true feelings?

Quite honostly if it weren't for the wealth of information I would have never came back to this site 20 mintues after my first post on sunday. I shared the story of a bad job I did tinting the back glass in a mustang and wanted some help shrinking, and instantly get called an azzhat. I guess I would have to apologize - it seemed like my questions caused controversy - my post sent the flaming over the edge. I appreciate those who continued to answer questions I proposed in the other threads. I am glad the first thread got moved or deleted - it was totally out of hand. The azzhat icon was hilarious when used properly - I have found myself calling people azzhats all the time now. lol I don't think it was necessary to remove it. I guess that is TD's call though. Thanks to all that answered my first few questions, I will probably stick around for a while - I know that I will run into some more problems in my next couple hundred feet of tint. I plan on ordering some tomorrow and get to practice on my buddies explorer as soon as it gets here.
