got my ct630 working but it doesnt completely finish most cuts, so when I peel the extra vinyl off, it trys to take the actual pattern with the access. I dont know if that makes any sense but any help would be greatful!

ps, I tried slowing down the cutting speed, but that didnt help.

thanx again!

I was having problems with mine a few weeks ago. The problem ended up being the pressure. On my machine I can adjust the pressure in two places, either a dial that is located by the blade, or on the side of the machine. I never use the one on the side of the machine and somebody messed with it without me knowing. So I ordered new blades and that wasn't fixing it. So after a ton of test cuts I finally figured out the problem.

forgot to mention the thickness of different vinyls can cause that sometimes, just adjust the knife pressure a bit..

I think I had the same problem, the cutter is cutting but not the whole image? If thats what it is then try this first uninstall the software then the driver, then reinstal software first!!next the driver. After you have done all this got to device manager and click on the com port that is relevant ant right mouse click scroll to properties. In this "driver properties" window go to resources tab and check the box that says "automaticaly detect settings. Also make sure your software settings are set to flow control "Hardware" and the driver flow control to none. Hope this helps and if not give me a call I have a couple of other solutions but I suck at typing and this takes to long!

the press was set at 100, I put it at 150, still same thing, set it at 200, same thing, but with jagged edges, changed the blade, tried it all again, nothing .... so im assuming I should uninstall the VinylMaster Pro software and reinstall and mess with the drivers???
