First and foremost, hello to all, obviously I'm new here, and pretty new at tinting. I've done a few cars and they came out pretty well (using solar gard hp charcoal 38). Anyway, I'm gettin off track here...I tint on weekends or whenever I have time; we own a NAPA store and up the street is our NAPA Autocare Center. Pretty good friends with the owner and his family, and his oldest daughter wants me to tint her Lumina's windows (doin it Saturday). She had a friend of a friend do her rear door windows (thats as far as he made it). Don't get the wrong idea, I'm not bashing the guy, tinting isn't easy, but this is great. He got his Wal-Mart (or NAPA lol) Gila 5% tint, rolled window down a smidgen, and cut the top of the film. Nothin wrong with that, then he cut the sides and bottom. One sliiiiiight problem: He didn't roll the window back up to cut the bottom :poop lol. The best part is he didn't stop!!!! He left it, went through about 3 rolls of that ctint and didn't fix his mistake either. Just thought I would share that with you all I got another question but I'll save that for a different thread.
