raising prices (not assuming that you're a lowballer) can always cut down some demand, while still paying you for working smarter and not harder. also, would help if you posted your location, or included it in your 'profile'

Agreed, raise them prices... this will slow the pace of what's coming at you, you work less essentially bank near the same amount and the bottom line expands instead.

Of course, not in an overnight sense.

Could also consider a respite from tinting altogether, if the funding for such a thing is available to you. Come back with a fresh perspective and do the above :gay statement.

join the club, but in the meen time work smart not hard only schedule what you can handle and do right ,in the mean time continue to look for a good tinter/employee and when you find one make sure you treat them good,pay them good,and make sure you can keep them on the payroll year round
