Alright, my friend has a 98 civic sedan that I've tried to attempt to tint, I did pretty good on the back windows and such, but the front rollups shift like crazy and I don't know how to cut the tint so there are no gaps after installing... any tips my home dawgs?

Pull the glass out by shifting it as far as you can towards the front (which usually means being able to see the back edge) stick a bone inbetween the glass and the side gasket, mark the tint on that side, remove the bone so that the glass shifts back in to place and finish your pattern. You can also install the film by shifting the glass and placing the bone in again...tack down the side and remove the bone.

I dont know...you handle your bone to much blade....if you take the glass out...you wont have to mess with all that....but that is just the way I do it...its only two ten mm bolts and it is out..that is if you take the panels off like I do on some of those cars...I guess I make it sound easy ..I have been doing it a while...so...maybe you should stick with the bone jamming method like blade... :thumb

Cut bottom edge, mark mirror side for cutting later, crack window, shift glass forward as much as you can, cut top edge and down the side as far as you can, pull film off and finish trimming and cut mirror side, install.
