hiring tinters

Go to walmart and stand by the window tint. I'm sure you will find an expert tinter there.

eveytime I am looking for a tinter these are the people I get, how long have you been tinting windows? well not that long but I tinted my car and all of my friends cars

It's hit and miss. Like me, I hit the motherload with my installer. Been working for me for 1.5 yrs...with 1.5 yrs. experience. I feel 100% confident leaving for the day knowing he can tint ANYTHING that comes in with the quality I expect. On the other hand...there are those we've hired with years of experience that I wouldn't leave alone with a squeegee.

most of the time I already know the person and are willing to train em but it has to be someone you trust

try hiring away from another shop... Were all greedy , a few more noodles and we would all move on.
