I have found the easiest way to cut a squeegee is get your knife into the blade part and then rock the squeegee back and forth, not the blade(olfa) and go to your desired length and shape.

Give it a shot. You can keep your digits safe.

Try it on the floor though.

Just rock the squeegee nothing else. :nope

Tip I got from TD.com (Squeegee himself I believe :nope )was to use power tools. I have a little band saw that works wonderful. :nope Used to scare the crap outta me when it came time to cut a fresh smoothie by hand. I buy the long whip without the tube handles (never have used those in auto installs ) and cut um to my own desired lengths. Works good on those yellow bondo cards too when I cut those in half diagonally. Those didn't scare me as bad I just kinda scored them a couple times them break by bending. Teflons are a different story. Very fiberous and don't want to break so easily.

I usually make a pattern line then once I start the cut I have one of my employees bend the part thtas being cut down so it becomes tight makes a faster cut hopefully you dont slip with the knife or it willl gt ugly quick
